There are three ways you can top up your Lebara phone online on Lebara Mobile's website.

To top up your Lebara phone through MyLebara, you'll first need to register your Lebara number. To do so, simply go to Lebara Mobile's website, click on Login/Register and follow the instructions.

Once this is done, click on Top up on the website's menu. Then choose a top up amount or a pay-as-you-go 30-day plan and click on Continue. You will be asked if you want to activate the Auto top up feature. If you haven't registered a payment card yet, you'll be asked to enter both your address and your debit/credit card details. In case you already have, just enter your security code. Then, click on Top up to confirm your purchase. You will receive a message on your phone as well as a confirmation email to ensure that your Lebara account has been credited!

You may also decide to buy one of the £3 Bolt Ons that Lebara Mobile offers to top up your account with national minutes, international minutes, or UK data. To do so, simply click on Bolt-Ons on Lebara Mobile's website menu and follow the instructions given above for topping up online. You may decide either to top up as a guest or as a registered MyLebara user.

You may also choose to top up your Lebara phone by phone or using vouchers and scratch cards.

To top up your Lebara account by phone, dial 5588. Then, select twice the first option by pressing 1 twice in a row. You will reach the payment section and will have to follow the instructions to pay by credit/debit card. You will receive a confirmation text to ensure that your top-up went through.

You can buy Lebara vouchers or scratch cards in almost any supermarket, Post Office, gas station or corner shop bearing the green top-up logo.

Then, you can dial *#1345* followed by your voucher code and # and press the call button.

Eg. For the voucher code 1234-5678-9012, dial #1345*123456789012# and press call.

Alternately, you can dial 5588, select the option 1 and follow the instructions.

Beware ! Entering a wrong voucher or scratch card code can block your top-up service.

To check your Lebara credit balance, simply dial *#1345* and press the call button. Your balance will be displayed on your phone's screen.
