Tesco mobile's online top-up service lets customers top up their phones by credit or debit card, via PayPal or directly via direct debit. To top up on Tesco mobile's online top-up service, go to Tesco mobile's website. Open or hover your mouse on the Shop section of the main menu, and click on Top-up online.

If you already have a Tesco mobile account, log in to it and select your top-up amount as well as your payment method. You can also top up your phone without registering an account. Just select New user on the Online top-up page and follow the instructions.

Note that you may set automatic top-ups only if you have registered an account.

To buy an online voucher to top up your Tesco mobile phone, go to Tesco's main website (not Tesco mobile's!). Then, click on Tesco Mobile from the main menu and select Online top ups. Purchase the Tesco mobile voucher that best suit your needs.

You should receive two emails once your payment is made. The first one shall be a confirmation email while the second one should contain your 16-digit voucher code. Once you have your voucher code ready, call 4444 from your Tesco mobile phone or 0345 940 0000 from another phone to redeem your voucher entering your unique 16-digit code. You may download Tesco mobile's Pay As You Go app on both Apple's App Store and Google Play. Top top up your Tesco mobile account by phone, call 4444 from your Tesco mobile phone and follow the instructions. Alternately, dial 0345 940 0000 from another phone and follow the instructions. You'll be able to pay with your credit or debit card.

Please note that new SIM only pay-as-you-go customers can't perform their first top-up over the phone.

You may buy Tesco mobile vouchers from any Tesco store. To redeem it, call 4444 from your Tesco mobile phone or 0345 940 0000 from any other phone. Follow the instructions and enter your 16-digit voucher code to add credit to your account.

Please note that you can also redeem your voucher through your Tesco mobile app. To do so, click on Top-up from the bottom menu, enter your 16-digit voucher code and click on the Top-up button. Your account should now be topped up.

You can order an E top-up card from your Tesco mobile account on Tesco mobile's website. To register it to your number, text TOPUP to 28589 from your Tesco phone and follow the instructions that shall be texted to you.

Once it is registered, you may use your E top-up card to top up from any Tesco store as well as from any shop bearing the green E top-up logo. Just ask for a Tesco mobile top-up and hand in your E top-up card.
